Thanks for shopping at Battery Barn, You will have one year's warranty on all the rechargeable batteries you purchase from us. ( Dog collar does not covered by this policy.) Here is how the policy runs:

For any reason , you are not satisfied about our products

Within 30 days: Fully refunded or exchange a new one.

• Return it: You will have your full money refunded. On top of that, if it is due to our mistake or defect battery , we will even cover your your postage up to $3.85.
  
• To exchange a new one: Return it, we will send you a new one plus a return envelope / box with stamp on it for you to return it.
  

Between 30 days to one year : Exchange only.

• To exchange a new one: Along with your defected battery, We will ask S&H fee to process the exchange, the amount will be caculated by the length of the time you have kept the product. (From $5.00 up to 90% of the products' value.) . Once we receive your package, we will send you a new one right the way.

There are a variety of types' rechargeable batteries on the market, (Ni-Cd, Ni-Mh, Lithium Ion, Lead Acid...), each one has its different way to maintain it. Please read this file--- "How to take care of your battery". If you can follow it, Every rechargeable battery suppose to be recharged up to 300 to 500 times.
